DEBORAH MITCHELL’S BIO Deborah Ann Mitchell serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Financial Consulting Inc., a successful mortgage brokerage firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2004, she and her team offer a suite of full mortgage services, specializing in customizing financing programs for potential homeowners while educating them on financial literacy, bridging the gap for her clients to achieve the American dream of owning a home.
Deborah works diligently to remain knowledgeable to provide a superior level of service and integrity, focusing on empowering her clients to achieve their short/long term financial goals whether they’re buying their 1st home or need refinancing. She takes pride in remaining in constant contact with clients from beginning to end, serving as a trustworthy partner to ensure they obtain the home of their dreams. Having long found satisfaction in working with individual clients and families to help them achieve homeownership, she credits much of her success on her Christian faith, her corporate background and incredible mentorship.
Prior to my tenure as a mortgage broker, Deborah was a middle line manager for GE Capital and a corporate trainer for SITEL Corporation. Her professional experiences in Corporate America are where she honed excellent training skills and innate qualities that would allow her to step out on faith and build a start-up enterprise of her own to help Atlanta residents seeking financial guidance, credit counseling and consulting to gain financial independence. After training under one of the most successful mortgage brokers in Atlanta, Mr. Robert Dawson, he encouraged her to obtain her own mortgage broker license. Ms. Mitchell credits her 20+ year success to the influence and passion he instilled in her that has transcended into the Dynasty vision, mission, and value she conducts with her clients and countless vendors. Her years in the industry have allowed her to effectively develop, manage and retain relationships providing the type of customer service that has weathered the upheaval and unpredictability of the housing market that has adversely impacted the country’s economy.
Deborah is a proud graduate of Central State University, located in Wilberforce, Ohio where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. She holds a Loan Originator license by the Department of Banking and Finance and a Mortgage Banker license as well. For over 15 years, Dynasty Financial has led the way in sponsoring and funding countless community outreach programs. She has hosted back-to-school book bag give aways full of school supplies, toy, turkey, and coat drives to name a few for underprivileged and needy families. She volunteers at various high schools, training and mentoring students on entrepreneurship and financial planning and literacy. In addition, she has sat on multiple entrepreneur’s panels for various organizations to discuss the complexity of business ownership. Amongst her numerous recognitions, Ms. Mitchell is a prominent member of the National Association of Mortgage Bankers and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, where she was honored with the Financial Woman of Impact Award in 2017.
She was notably recognized by Cobb County in 2014 and City of South Fulton in 2023 with a Proclamation for her business success and outstanding accomplishments to the community. Deborah has also been honored by Marquis Who’s Who in America.
Businesswoman, mother, friend, mentor, sister, daughter, implementer, Deborah has reached levels in her life she did not know were possible.
